ISO 9001:2015 provides HLS with a set of internationally recognised principles that help to define our common sense approach to the management of our business.
Our accreditation to the standard gives you extra comfort and assurance that we truly are a customer-focused organisation with strong leadership, and that we have a culture of continuous improvement. This continuous improvement is at the heart of our business, helping us to continually re-evaluate our products and services and ensure they are meeting the ever-changing demands of our customers.

International Standards and ISO 9001:2015
The International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) was established in 1947 in London. Since then the organisation has published over 21,000 International Standards and have gained members from 163 countries around the world.
The International Standards’ aim to ensure the safety and quality of products and services, facilitating international trade and improving the environment we live in. The standards are proven to boost both businesses and economies and account for £6.3bn annual growth in GDP in the UK only.
The ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system. The standard is based on a number of principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
