LEVELS
- Novice: delegates have little or no experience operating the equipment
- Experienced but Uncertified: delegates have operated the equipment extensively and are generally competent but have not had any formal training
- Refresh/Retest: delegates have previously had formal training on the equipment and just need to be refreshed in line with company policy
- Conversion: delegates hold a valid forklift licence on another type of lift truck
