HLS achieve registration to the ISO 9001:2008 International Standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). HLS are committed to providing quality products and services to all of our customers, large or small. Our commitment to quality has always been at the heart of what we do, but talk is cheap! So we took action to put our money where our mouth is, and today we are pleased to announce that we have achieved accreditation to the ISO 9001:2008 International Standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS).
ISO 9001:2008 provides Height Lift & Shift with a set of internationally recognised principles that help to define our common sense approach to the management of our business.
Our accreditation to the ISO 9001:2008 standard will give extra comfort to our customers, assuring them that we truly are a customer-focused organisation, with strong leadership, and that we have a culture of continuous improvement: This continuous improvement is at the heart of our business, helping us to continually re-evaluate our products and services and ensure they are meeting the ever-changing demands of our customers. Having this externally accredited to ISO 9001:2008 standard will give our customers, both current and future, additional confidence when dealing with Height Lift & Shift.
The process of registration to the standard was lengthy, involving multiple internal, and external audits to thoroughly test our systems and processes and ensure they are fit for purpose.
HLS would like to thank our customers for giving us the experiences to draw upon throughout this process, and also our employees and advisors who demonstrate their commitment to quality each and every day; thus making the registration process relatively painless!
