It has been a challenging year for businesses who have had to pivot quickly to stay operational whilst preventing the spread of COVID-19. Throughout this turbulent year we have continued to provide uninterrupted services to our customers in health care, medical research, manufacturing and FM, keeping them operational, safe, productive and fully compliant.
Despite the challenges this year has presented, HLS has continued to grow. We have welcomed new customers on board and have been visiting their sites throughout the UK to provide essential maintenance, compulsory LOLER services, repairs and to deliver equipment.

Evolving our safety culture
We adapted and evolved quickly to embed COVID safe working practices throughout all our services.
We have adapted our pre-visit risk assessment for both the individual and for the customer to incorporate the COVID-19 guidance to enable all parties to stay safe but services to continue as normal.

Our engineers complete a COVID-19 pre-visit health declaration form prior to each site visit.
Following Government Guidelines
Our engineers will use personal protective equipment (PPE) including face masks and gloves, and they'll practise social distancing throughout when visiting your building or site. Where possible we move equipment to a well ventilated area or outdoor space to complete maintenance and repairs.
