Most pallet trucks typically lift up to 2.5 tonnes (2,500 kg).

Manual pallet trucks: Operated by pushing and pumping the handle to raise the forks slightly off the ground.

Electric pallet trucks: Use a powered drive and lift system, reducing strain and making it easier to handle heavy or frequent loads.

Fork dimensions vary depending on the model and application:

• Fork width: 540 mm / 550 mm / or 880 mm
• Fork length: 1000 mm / 1150 mm

Yes, we stock a full range of pallet truck spare parts, including:

• Wheels
• Rollers
• Seals

Most parts can be delivered within 48 hours to minimise downtime.

The service schedule depends on usage and environment, but as a rule we recommend:

• 6-monthly servicing to keep equipment in good working order.
• 12-monthly mandatory LOLER examinations to comply with safety regulations.

We offer pallet trucks on a purchase basis and provide long-term rental options. Short-term hire is not currently available.

Yes, we provide pallet truck and forklift training to ensure safe use, compliance, and reduced risk of workplace accidents.
