About the Manufacturer
The Haulotte Group is one of the biggest aerial work platform manufacturers in Europe. The company was initially formed by Alexandre Pinguely in Lyon in 1881 and started off as a steam locomotive manufacturer. Later on the company moved away from producing locomotives and started their work in the manufacturing of earthmoving equipment and mobile cranes, followed by access equipment. Some time afterwards the business merged with Haulotte and in 2005 it was renamed from Pinguely-Haulotte to Haulotte.
Haulotte has 6 manufacturing sites around the world, 20 sales subsidiaries worldwide, including the UK, and more than 1,500 customer-focused employees.
